Administrators of a workspace can require signature on workspace disclaimers for PDF file types.
Enabling a Disclaimer Signature
1. Go to the Settings page on within the workspace
2. Check the box that reads "Require signature on workspace disclaimer (PDF Disclaimers only)"
3. Save Workspace Settings
Enabling this feature will require any members that have not yet accepted the disclaimer to sign their name and click the box that reads "I accept" before entering the workspace.
How To Sign the Disclaimer
1. Type your name as it appears in the text box
2. Check the box next to "I Agree"
3. Submit
