CapLinked's AI features help streamline your workflow by automatically analyzing files and workspace activity. This tutorial covers how to enable AI features and use two key tools: AI-Powered File Summarization and the AI Executive Report.
Enabling AI Features
Before using any AI features, you'll need to enable them in your workspace settings:
- Navigate to the Settings page for your workspace.
- Check the box next to "Enable AI-Powered Intelligence for this workspace."
- Click Save Workspace Settings to apply the change.
*Note: AI features are an add-on with Enterprise accounts. If you do not see the enablement option from the Settings page and you're interested in these features, please contact support@caplinked.com for details.
AI-Powered File Summarization
AI-Powered File Summarization allows users to receive a file breakdown with the click of a button, making long file reviews that much easier to digest.
To use this feature:
- Navigate to the Files page.
- Open a file to view it.
- Select the "Summarize This File" button on the right side of the screen.
CapLinked will generate a summary of the file's contents for you within moments.
Admins have the file summary option available. To enable the file summary feature for a non-admin group, navigate to the Permissions page, select the desired non-admin group to enable it for, and select check the box for "Allow group to use AI Summary" on the right side.
AI Executive Report
The AI Executive Report generates a presentation of user highlights and key takeaways for your workspace activity within minutes. The report is also downloadable in PDF format.
To access the AI Executive Report:
- Navigate to the Activity Tracker page for your workspace.
- Select the "AI Executive Report" button on the bottom left.
CapLinked will generate a comprehensive report summarizing your workspace activity, which you can review online or download as a PDF.
