CapLinked's Workspace Insights
Administrators can now easily manage workspace analytics in a snapshot with Workspace Insights. Located on the Activity Tracker page within a workspace, Insights enables administrators to quickly toggle between file and user stats, based on the workspace groups, without having to sift through exported reports.
Workspace Insights: What's Included?
Insights shows a summary of data in two sections, File Data and User Data, that ranks each non-admin group based on those categories. The rankings will include the top 20 most active groups within the workspace. These analytics are also displayed in the graph for quick visual reference.
The File Data section ranks the non-admin groups based on their file and workspace activity. At a glance, an admin can review each ranked group's workspace visits, how many files the group accessed, and that group's overall workspace activity percentage, compared to the other groups.
When the ranked group is selected, the top files accessed by that group are listed based on how often each file is viewed, the duration of time spent viewing each file, and how many times each file is downloaded.
The User Data section ranks the non-admin groups based on individual user activity within each group. At a glance, an admin can review each ranked group's workspace events, the number of users within that group, and that group's overall workspace activity percentage, compared to how active users are in other groups.
When the ranked group is selected, the users who contribute the most activity within that group are listed based on how many times they've viewed and downloaded files, as well as how many times they've viewed the workspace.
Where Can I Find Workspace Insights?
As a workspace admin, you can use Insights by navigating to the Activity Tracker page within the workspace and selecting Workspace Insights on the left sidebar.
