How to Save a Custom Message for Invites
You can create email templates for your invites by following the steps below:
1. Log into your workspace and navigate to the Permissions page.
2. Select the group which you would like to invite your user(s).
3. Select the user(s) you would like to invite.
4. Enter a custom message you would like to use in the future and this will appear in the invite email.
5. Select "Save Message."
6. When you send future invites, you will select "Apply Message" and choose from your saved messages to be inserted as your custom message.
Please note the following regarding email templates:
- You will have separate email templates for team invites and workspace invites
- Your fellow team members and/or workspace admins will be able to see the saved custom messages
- There is a limit of 7 templates per team
- There is a limit of 7 templates per workspace
